Suzanne - Patient Care Coordinator
Suzanne first met Dr. Quinn in 2004 as a patient. In 2005 she joined the team as the Front Office Coordinator. After running the front office for two years, she became Dr. Quinn’s Patient Coordinator. Known for her compassion, understanding and personalized attention to each and every patient, Suzanne coordinates consultations, schedules surgery, and conducts pre-op appointments with Dr. Quinn. Suzanne maintains a standard of excellence at all times. She will answer questions and assist in all inquiries concerning any of the procedures you may be planning. She will go to great lengths to ensure that your needs are being met and your consultation is informative. Suzanne is a Quinn Plastic Surgery Center treasure .
Kim S.-Patient Care Specialist
Kim has over 17 years of experience in the cosmetic industry, so she fully understands the feeling of awkwardness or hesitation when coming in for a cosmetic consultation. She wants everyone to feel comfortable with their decision to pursue a positive change in their appearance. She works with Suzanne in patient consultations and surgery scheduling, and loves being a part of every patient's journey in achieving the confidence and satisfaction they've always wanted! Kim is originally from Wichita and has lived in Overland Park since 1993. In her time off, she and her husband are very busy with their two teenage girls, who cheer and play softball.
Jerri - Practice Manager
Jerri has been with Quinn Plastic Surgery Center since 2008. Although she is the "behind the scenes" member of the Quinn team, she is always eager to assist patients in any way she can. Jerri is committed to patient privacy and customer service. She feels right at home at Quinn Plastic Surgery Center and is proud to work with such an excellent surgeon and dedicated staff. When she is not working, she is spending time with her husband and three very active children .
Kim F. - Office Coordinator
Kim came to Quinn Plastic Surgery in 2013 with many years of experience at the front desk in different medical offices. Her main focus is making patients feel at home when they come in, with her warm and welcoming smile. Besides keeping the front office running smoothly, she also assists with the company website, social media and print advertisements. Kim moved to Kansas with her family in 1999 and is proud to call Kansas her home. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, but shares her boundless energy volunteering in the community, practicing yoga and learning sign language. Outgoing and friendly, she is a valuable addition to the office.
Ashley - Registered Nurse
Ashley is a registered nurse with extensive experience in surgical care. She is originally from the Kansas City area and has a Bachelor's degree from Mizzou and Research College of Nursing. In her free time she enjoys watching live music, reading, and hanging out with her dog, Stella, and cat, Layla. Ashley enjoys the opportunity to build relationships with patients by helping them along the way in their cosmetic and reconstructive surgery journey.
Claya - Surgical Technician
Claya joins us straight from Dr. Quinn's operating room at Menorah Medical Center. Since she has assisted Dr. Quinn in so many procedures she has an in-depth knowledge of what surgeries will entail - the kind of knowledge that is of great value to our patients. She is originally from the Kansas City area and currently lives in Lee's Summit. When she isn't with her MANY sisters and friends, she can be found spending any extra free time outdoors. Claya makes sure to build a trusting relationship with all her patients, ensuring a great cosmetic and reconstructive surgery experience.
Tracy - Spa Coordinator
Tracy is the Spa Coordinator at the day spa. She has been in the skincare industry for many years and absolutely loves skin! She will welcome you into the spa, make any appointments, and also make sure your experience is the best that it can be. Since she has an aesthetics background, she can help answer any questions you might have. Tracy keeps all of the great skincare and makeup products in order and assists our aestheticians, Anne and Sharon, in whatever they need! She was born and raised in Kansas City, and when she is not working she loves to spend time with her friends and family and traveling to many places.
Anne - RN, BSN, Nurse Injector
Anne has been a cosmetic surgery nurse for over 15 years. She has been at Quinn Medical Day Spa over 4 years as the nurse injector specialist. She enjoys making her clients feel renewed and giving them a refreshed look with Dermal fillers and Botox. She is also a licensed aesthetician and has received certification in Fraxel, Thermage ,Liposonix, Intensed Pulse Light, Clear and Brilliant, Laser Hair Removal and Chemical Peels.
Anne recently attended The Skin Medica National Product Seminar; The Laser Safety/ Biophysics of Laser ApplicationS; Lumenis IPL Light Sheer Inservice Training; and Palette Advanced Injectors Course.
Sharon- Aesthetician
Sharon has a wealth of experience and training in the medical aesthetic field. She has completed certification courses in the following: Fraxel, Thermage, LipoSonix, and Clear and Brilliant and has also completed courses in Laser Safety/Biophysics of Laser Applications and attends yearly product seminars. In addition, she has completed training for Lumenis IPL, LightSheer Laser Hair Removal as well as Chemical Peels. She is also a volunteer for the "Look Good…Feel Better" campaign, a program with the American Cancer Society. Sharon feels that she has the very best clients and enjoys helping them obtain and maintain beautiful, healthy skin. In her free time she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family at Lake Stockton.
Jill - Accounts Receivable Manager
Jill manages the Business Office with over 15 years of experience in the medical billing field. With her knowledge of the industry, she confidently handles any question or problem you may have with your account, with a reassuring and cheerful attitude. She is passionate about ensuring that you get the assistance you need in dealing with your insurance company. Jill plays an important role at Quinn Plastic Surgery Center and her skills and capabilities are an asset to us – including her degree in English when spelling or grammar help is needed! She has lived in the area all her life and devotes much of her free time to her three wonderful children.
