Once the incisions are made, Dr. Quinn creates a small pocket within each breast into which the implant will be inserted. The implants are then carefully placed in the body, and the incisions are closed.
Breast Lift

Breastfeeding can also take its toll, causing formerly perky breasts to droop and lose volume. Breast Reconstruction
Mastectomy can be life-saving, but after a few years of wearing a prosthetic breast or set of breasts, it can be easy to focus on the significant downside of the surgery. Many women who have had mastectomies find their prosthetics uncomfortable. Breast reconstruction provides a way for these women to restore the look and feel of natural breasts so that they need never wear prosthetics again.
Breast reconstruction can be performed in a variety of ways. Dr. Quinn can fit a patient with a tissue expander if she wishes to use only her own breast skin to cover the implant, or tissue may be removed from another location on the patient’s body and placed in the breast area. Once there is sufficient tissue to cover the breast, Dr. Quinn places the implant or implants so that they appear natural on the patient’s chest. Once the surgery is completed, most patients are extremely happy with their results.
Gynecomastia (Male Breast Reduction)
Gynecomastia is a common condition that causes excess breast tissue to form in men. Many boys and men are constantly teased for having this condition, perhaps not knowing that a cosmetic solution is available. At Quinn Plastic Surgery, gynecomastia can be treated with a relatively simple procedure known as male breast reduction. This procedure removes excess fat from the patient’s chest area to create a flat and more masculine chest.
