Front Desk Coordinator
Eileen started as the Front Desk Coordinator in 2015 and she has found her place as the go-to woman for almost all things in the office. She is the first person you see when you walk through the doors and she greets each patient with a warm and friendly smile. Eileen ensures each patient is promptly seen and keeps the busy office days running smoothly so that each day is pulled together seamlessly. When Eileen is not working, she enjoys spending time with her five children and four grandchildren, cooking and reading.
Practice Manager
Debi is the Practice Manager for Quinn Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center. She joined the Quinn team in 2021 and has over four decades of experience in business administration. Debi has extensive expertise driving practice-wide efficiency through team leadership, practice administration, employee relations, financial management, human resources, and strategic planning.
Clinical Cosmetic Nurse
Kathleen graduated from University of Missouri Kansas City in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Originally working in cardiac and wound care, she finally found her true passion in cosmetics. Kathleen became part of The Quinn Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center Family in 2020. The favorite part of her job is connecting with clients and making positive, long-lasting impacts in their lives. When she’s not working, Kathleen enjoys reading, going to the movies, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
Patient Care Coordinator
Maureen graduated from K-State in 2014 with a degree in Communications, which she put to good use as a traveling consultant for Cerner. She enjoyed working with clinical staff and physicians but her heart was in working on the patient side of healthcare. She brought that love of patient care to Quinn Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center in 2017, where her energy and charisma are truly appreciated. In her free time she still loves to travel, but now indulges in travel with family and friends. She also enjoys taking hot yoga classes, strolling the Country Club Plaza, and spoiling her niece and nephews.
Surgical Technician - Patient Care Coordinator
Claya joins us straight from Dr. Quinn’s operating room at Menorah Medical Center. Since she has assisted Dr. Quinn in so many procedures she has an in-depth knowledge of what surgeries will entail, the kind of knowledge that is of great value to our patients. She is originally from the Kansas City area and currently lives in Lee’s Summit with her husband and two beautiful children. When she isn’t with her MANY sisters and friends, she can be found spending any extra free time outdoors. Claya makes sure to build a trusting relationship with all her patients, ensuring a great cosmetic and reconstructive surgery experience.
Spa Coordinator
Tracy is the spa coordinator in the day spa. She has been in the industry for many years and she received her aesthetics license in 2004. Along with managing all aspects of the Day Spa, she has a strong desire to care for and listen to the needs of patients. She is very knowledgeable on the products and services we offer and can assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys fitness and and being with her family.
Licensed Aesthetician
Tracy has over 10 years of experience in skincare and laser treatments. Her passion for aesthetics started as a young girl and continues to grow with the exciting advancements in the industry. She loves being able to help clients achieve their skincare goals through corrective and preventive treatment, and customizing at-home skincare routines. She enjoys spending her free time with her two children, Olivia and Max, and her Australian Shepard Leo.
Medical Office Coordinator
Kelley began working as a medical office coordinator in Boulder, CO in 2019. Kelley recently moved back “home” to Kansas City and joined Quinn Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center in May 2021. Kelley enjoys working with a medical team who provide the highest quality of care for patients. In her spare time, Kelley enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, going boating, and walking her dog.
Clinical Nurse Specialist
Cheryl has been with Quinn Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center for a number of years. She has recently taken a more permanent position in the practice since returning in August 2018. Cheryl works with the billing and insurance as well as other office related duties. It’s not uncommon to see her performing patient care related activities as well as performing spa treatments. Cheryl earned her BSN, MSN and PhD from The University of Kansas. She is board certified in Emergency Nursing and Plastic Surgery and is an educator for health care professionals.
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and Surgical Technician
Randi has a Bachelor of Science in Life Science and a minor in Psychology from Kansas State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care from KU Medical Center. After working in the PICU and NICU with postoperative patients at Children’s Mercy, Randi decided to pursue a career in the surgical setting. She worked as a CCMA in general and vascular surgery and discovered her love for cosmetic surgery and hasn’t looked back! She loves spending time outdoors with her dog, Stella, horseback riding, and visiting her family on the farm.
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Cory is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a Texas native, but loves KC! She graduated from Odessa College in 2012 with an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing and went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Tech University in 2017. After eight years of working and caring for patients in the hospital, she knew she wanted to further help her patients and expand her knowledge. She attended the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Lubbock Christian University and graduated in 2020 with her Master of Science in Nursing. Cory has a passion for helping patients look and feel their best! She believes in beauty enhancements that are subtle, yet noticeable to you and naturally appearing. When she is not working, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two pups, Jax & Roamie.
Aesthetic Injector
Une’s began her career in aesthetics in 2006 as a medical aesthetician. After years of honing her skills and gaining invaluable knowledge, she returned to school to further her education, and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from UMKC. She then proceeded to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UMKC in 2018. As a Physician Assistant, Une’ worked in plastic surgery as well as internal medicine, before returning to her true passion in aesthetics as a Cosmetic Injector. She is a life-long learner who continues to refine her skills by completing advanced training and staying up to date on the most recent products and techniques. She strives to help complement her patients’ natural beauty with subtle enhancements. Her patients describe her as a master of her craft who is also gentle and comforting. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters traveling, enjoying nature, and perfecting her green thumb.
Aesthetic Center Manager
Marla is a natural leader with over 25 years in customer service. Her career started in the travel and hospitality industry, but it didn’t take long before she found her calling in aesthetics. In 2006, she worked as a cosmetologist for several years before transitioning to aesthetics office management. She has a true niche for communicating with both staff members and clients. Her combination of aesthetic knowledge, leadership capabilities, and communication skills makes for a collaborative and productive team environment. She maintains attention to detail and organization to ensure daily operations run smoothly. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to Savannah, GA to visit her son, attending her niece’s soccer games, and staying fit.
Director of Marketing
Colleen graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Journalism and Mass Communication. She started her career in nonprofit development working to engage donors and generate mission-driven fundraising dollars. Her passion for sharing the mission of organizations turned into a love for marketing, and she has been a part of the Quinn team since 2018. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, and (depending on the time of day) loves a good cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Social Media Manager
Katy grew up in Overland Park and has been a local for life! She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Public Administration degree and has worked in marketing and customer service for most of her career. Joining the Quinn Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center team allows Katy to blend her career with her passion in aesthetics. Her favorite part of the job is being a part of the latest and greatest in the world of cosmetics and witnessing firsthand the positive impact it has on a patient. When she's not keeping busy with her two kids you can find her on the golf course or at CrossFit.
