Juvederm Voluma
The duration of Voluma’s effects are nearly double that of Belotero and Xeomin. Juvederm Voluma lasts anywhere from 18 to 24 months, while Belotero and Xeomin may last for up to 12 months. Voluma is made of hyaluronic acid, similar to Belotero and Xeomin, but has greater overall benefits for patients. The injection process for Voluma is less painful than other facial fillers because it is injected deeper into the skin, where there are fewer nerves. Patients will experience limited bruising, as the injection point is underneath the blood vessels in the mid-face area.

The treatment area for Juvederm Voluma is the mid-face region, or cheeks. As you age, the hyaluronic acid in your skin decreases, creating spaces in your cheeks that cause hollowing and sagging.
